What types of incense products do you manufacture?
We manufacture a comprehensive, export-grade range of aromatic products. This includes premium Agarbatti (Masala, Flora, Black, Brown, Herbal, and Resin-rich), Bambooless Dhoop sticks, Dhoop Cups, Spirals, Powder incense, Essential Oils, and ritual products like pure resins and Camphor. (Please note: We do not manufacture cones).
What is the difference between your Masala and standard dipped incense?
Masala incense is an artisanal, premium format where a complex blend of natural botanicals, herbs, and oils is extruded directly onto the bamboo stick. Standard dipped incense relies on soaking blank bamboo sticks in liquid solvents. We specialize in premium, non-dipped Masala bases that deliver a significantly purer, longer-lasting scent throw.
Do you offer low-smoke or charcoal-free incense?
Yes. A significant portion of our catalog features advanced charcoal-free and low-smoke formulations. These are engineered specifically for clean indoor usage and comply with strict international air-quality preferences.

How is your manufacturing process different from other suppliers?
Our core difference lies in our infrastructure. We do not use artificial heating; instead, our products are cured in climate-
controlled natural drying chambers to lock in Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) and preserve fragrance integrity. Furthermore, we combine advanced hydraulic extrusion machinery with the careful oversight of a highly skilled, women-led workforce to ensure flawless consistency.
Do you dip your incense sticks?
We are pioneers in pure fragrance delivery. Rather than
standard heavy solvent dipping, we utilize a proprietary, diluent-free perfuming process. This yields a greener, lightweight product with a cleaner burn and vastly superior fragrance. (Standard dipping processes can be accommodated if specifically required by your market).
How do you ensure product quality across large export batches?
Quality is monitored at multiple, distinct stages. Our multi-stage QA protocol includes precise burn-time testing, smoke-level evaluation, and fragrance consistency analysis. We conduct continuous batch-level physical inspections during mixing, curing, and even post-dispatch to guarantee long-term shelf stability.

Can you create custom fragrances, or match a sample I provide?
Absolutely. Because we operate a dedicated in-house perfumery, you are not dependent on third-party fragrance suppliers. We can reverse-engineer physical benchmark samples or formulate entirely new signature scents from scratch based on your market profile.
Are your fragrances safe and compliant with international regulations?
Yes. We guarantee strict adherence to global safety standards. Our lab utilizes a responsible, perfectly balanced blend of natural botanicals and safe synthetic aromatics to ensure our formulations are strictly 100% DEP and DPG-free, as well as free from parabens and toxic solvents.
Can I customize the physical specifications of the incense?
Yes, our advanced hydraulic machinery allows for infinite size flexibility. We can engineer the thickness and length of the product from micro-thin 1.8mm export sticks to jumbo 50mm+ temple logs.

Where do you export from, and do you handle international logistics?
Our manufacturing facility in Pune provides direct logistical access to the Nhava Sheva / Mumbai port, ensuring rapid global deployment. Our dedicated export team manages high-volume shipping logistics.
