Shipping & Delivery Policy

Welcome to Mahamantra Sugandh Vatika. We are committed to delivering your premium, handcrafted incense and dhoop products in a timely and secure manner.

1. Dispatch & Timeline

  • Handling Time: We take pride in the freshness of our products. All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours (1–2 business days) of order confirmation.
  • Holidays: Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or National/Public Holidays.
  • Delivery Estimates: While we strive for the fastest possible delivery, actual transit times are subject to the courier partner’s logistics. We aim to reach our customers as quickly as possible across India.

2. Shipping Charges

We offer a transparent, weight-based shipping structure to ensure you only pay what is necessary:

  • Pune: ₹50 per kg
  • Rest of Maharashtra: ₹70 per kg
  • Rest of India: ₹100 per kg
  • Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders above ₹399 (post-discounts).

Note: Shipping rates are calculated based on the gross weight of the package. Any order exceeding 1 kg will be billed at the next weight tier as per industry standards.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email/SMS containing a Tracking ID and a link to the courier partner’s website. You can use these details to monitor your parcel’s journey in real-time.

4. Damaged Goods & Quality Assurance

We use eco-friendly, thick paper covers to ensure your products arrive safely while reducing unnecessary weight.

  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: To protect against transit damage or missing items, customers are required to record a continuous unboxing video starting from the moment the seal is broken.
  • In the rare event of damage, please share the unboxing video and photos with our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

5. Non-Delivery & Returns to Origin (RTO)

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, the recipient being unavailable, or refusal to accept the parcel, it will be returned to our facility in Pune.

  • In such cases, we can either initiate a reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply) or a refund as per the customer’s preference.

6. Serviceability

We ship to most pin codes across India. However, if your location is in an area not serviced by our courier partners, we will contact you to find an alternative solution or issue a full refund for your order.

7. Force Majeure

Mahamantra Sugandh Vatika shall not be liable for any delay in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
