At Mahamantra Sugandh Vatika<\/strong>, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our direct-blended incense products. Since our products are consumable and fragrance-sensitive, we follow a strict policy to ensure the hygiene and integrity of our stock.<\/p>

1. Cancellations<\/h3>
  • Before Dispatch:<\/strong> You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours<\/strong> of placement or until the order is “Processed,” whichever is earlier. Once the order has been handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.<\/li>
  • How to Cancel:<\/strong> To request a cancellation, please contact our support team immediately at support@mahamantra.co.in<\/strong> with your Order ID.<\/li><\/ul>

    2. Return & Exchange Policy<\/h3>
    • No Returns for “Change of Mind”:<\/strong> Due to the nature of aromatic products, we do not accept returns or exchanges<\/strong> if a customer does not like a particular fragrance or has a change of mind after purchase. We encourage customers to try our smaller packs before committing to larger quantities.<\/li>
    • Damaged or Wrong Products:<\/strong> Returns\/Exchanges are only<\/strong> accepted if:
      • The product was damaged during transit.<\/li>
      • You received the wrong item\/fragrance.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>
      • Requirement for Claims:<\/strong> To be eligible for a replacement or refund in the case of damage, you must provide a continuous unboxing video<\/strong> as proof. This video must be shared with us within 24 hours<\/strong> of the delivery timestamp.<\/li><\/ul>

        3. Refund Process<\/h3>
        • Approval:<\/strong> Once your claim for a damaged\/wrong product is verified via the unboxing video, we will initiate a refund or offer a free reshipment, as per your preference.<\/li>
        • Method of Refund:<\/strong> All refunds are processed back to the original payment method<\/strong> used during the transaction. We do not provide refunds in cash.<\/li>
        • Timeline:<\/strong> We use Razorpay<\/strong> as our primary payment partner. Once we initiate the refund from our end, it typically takes 5 to 7 business days<\/strong> to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement, as per standard banking protocols.<\/li><\/ul>

          4. Non-Refundable Situations<\/h3>

          We will not be able to issue a refund or replacement in the following cases:<\/p>

          • Damage caused due to improper storage or handling by the customer after delivery.<\/li>
          • Orders where the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.<\/li>
