  • Holidays:<\/strong> Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or National\/Public Holidays.<\/li>\n
  • Delivery Estimates:<\/strong> While we strive for the fastest possible delivery, actual transit times are subject to the courier partner’s logistics. We aim to reach our customers as quickly as possible across India.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    2. Shipping Charges<\/h3>\n

    We offer a transparent, weight-based shipping structure to ensure you only pay what is necessary:<\/p>\n

    • Free Shipping:<\/strong> We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders above \u20b9399<\/strong> (post-discounts).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Note: Shipping rates are calculated based on the gross weight of the package. Any order exceeding 1 kg will be billed at the next weight tier as per industry standards.<\/em><\/p>\n

      3. Tracking Your Order<\/h3>\n

      Once your order is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email\/SMS containing a Tracking ID<\/strong> and a link to the courier partner\u2019s website. You can use these details to monitor your parcel’s journey in real-time.<\/p>\n

      4. Damaged Goods & Quality Assurance<\/h3>\n

      We use eco-friendly, thick paper covers to ensure your products arrive safely while reducing unnecessary weight.<\/p>\n

      • Mandatory Unboxing Video:<\/strong> To protect against transit damage or missing items, customers are required to record a continuous unboxing video<\/strong> starting from the moment the seal is broken.<\/li>\n
      • In the rare event of damage, please share the unboxing video and photos with our support team within 24 hours<\/strong> of delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        5. Non-Delivery & Returns to Origin (RTO)<\/h3>\n

        If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, the recipient being unavailable, or refusal to accept the parcel, it will be returned to our facility in Pune.<\/p>\n

        • In such cases, we can either initiate a reshipment<\/strong> (additional shipping charges may apply) or a refund<\/strong> as per the customer’s preference.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          6. Serviceability<\/h3>\n

          We ship to most pin codes across India. However, if your location is in an area not serviced by our courier partners, we will contact you to find an alternative solution or issue a full refund for your order.<\/p>\n
